The Youth Campus (TYC) recognizes that "time" is one of your most valuable resources. Donating your time to the TYC volunteer experience provides the individual an opportunity to grow professionally and personally. There are a variety of ways you can become involved with The Youth Campus as a volunteer.

 

  • Fundraising / Special Events
    Volunteers will assist the agency with fundraising, special events and support the fund development function of The Youth Campus.

  • Mentor
    Volunteers spend one-to-one time with children in our residential or foster care programs.

  • Tutor
    Volunteers will assist youth in academic skill areas by providing one-to-one instruction in math, science, reading, writing, and other fundamental areas.

  • TYC Timesaver
    Contribute and support the administrative functions of The Youth Campus.

  • TYC Group Recreation
    Assist in group recreation - parties, field trips, workshops - with the children served by The Youth Campus.

Whichever volunteer experience you choose, you will enrich the life of a child while gaining valuable insights about child welfare, the social service setting and will work closely with The Youth Campus employees to move the agency forward to fulfill its mission to serve children and families with excellence.
